Job description

About Kultre Media:

Kultre Media is a creative and data-driven digital media company amplifying culturally relevant narratives across platforms. We specialize in delivering bold, socially conscious, and engaging content that resonates with diverse audiences. As we grow, we’re looking for a sharp and strategic Business Analyst to help us make informed decisions that power scale and impact.

Role Overview:

As a Business Analyst at Kultre Media, you’ll turn numbers into narratives. You’ll collect, analyze, and report on business data to help leadership understand performance, identify growth opportunities, and streamline operations across our digital, creative, and monetization arms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze key business metrics across departments (content performance, ad revenue, campaigns, operations, etc.)

  • Build dashboards and reports that translate complex data into actionable insights

  • Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in business performance

  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to inform strategic planning

  • Collaborate with leadership and creative teams to evaluate ROI on campaigns and initiatives

  • Recommend tools, systems, or automations that improve reporting and workflows

  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and KPI tracking efforts

  • Assist with data storytelling for investor, brand, or client-facing materials

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in a business analyst, data analyst, or strategy role (media or digital marketing a plus)

  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and BI tools (Looker Studio, Tableau, etc.)

  • Experience with financial modeling, revenue tracking, or campaign analysis

  • Familiarity with media metrics: CPMs, CTRs, engagement rates, etc.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills — able to make data digestible

  • Self-starter with strong project management and organizational skills

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with tools like Notion, Airtable, Slack, or Google Analytics

  • Experience working in media, entertainment, or digital content businesses

  • Understanding of social media platform analytics (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok)

Compensation:

Competitive hourly or project-based rate (depending on experience), with potential for long-term collaboration.
