Principal Product Manager, Device Connectivity

Role Overview

Vivint Smart Home is hiring a Principal Product Manager to own the end-to-end device connectivity experience across our product ecosystem. This role is responsible for how Vivint devices connect to a customer’s home network and how they stay connected over time.

What You Will Do

Own the product strategy and roadmap for how Vivint devices connect to customer networks and maintain reliable connectivity over time. Define the customer and system experience across onboarding, authentication, provisioning, reconnection, and long-term network resilience.

Why It Might Be a Fit

5+ years of product management experience, including ownership of technically complex products or platform capabilities. Strong experience working with hardware teams and building products where device performance and connectivity are core to the customer experience.

• 5+ years of product management experience
