Senior Delivery Manager (German language)

We're seeking a Senior Delivery Manager who can lead high-impact IT projects while driving growth and operational excellence. You'll act as the bridge between clients, internal teams, and leadership, ensuring every project delivers value, on time and within budget. This role goes beyond delivery. We're looking for someone who thinks like an entrepreneur, spots opportunities, and makes things happen.

Responsibilities:

• Lead Delivery End-to-End: Own the full lifecycle of IT services and projects, from planning and execution to client satisfaction.
• Drive Client Success: Build trusted relationships, understand business needs, and identify opportunities for additional services or solutions.
• Financial & Contract Ownership: Manage budgets, forecasts, and contracts, ensuring profitable, compliant delivery.
• Inspire & Lead Teams: Coach, mentor, and motivate cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration.
• Champion Traceable & Scalable Processes: Implement project management best practices, ensuring visibility, efficiency, and repeatable success.
• Innovate & Grow: Bring an entrepreneurial mindset, propose new ways to enhance delivery models, improve client outcomes, and expand business impact.

• 15+ years of experience leading IT service delivery in client-facing roles.
• PMP, Prince2, Agile, or equivalent certification preferred.
• Entrepreneurial mindset: you see opportunities and act on them.
• Strategic thinker with operational rigor.
• Client-focused and outcome-driven.
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English and German is mandatory.
