Full Stack Developer

Role Overview

Design, develop, and maintain Internet, Intranet, and mobile applications, including software development. This position reports to our home office in Columbia, MO and has the opportunity to work fully remote or participate in the hybrid work program.

What You Will Do

Design, develop, debug, test, and implement complex applications in support of business and system requirements. Integrate various cross-platform systems, configure, customize, and develop solutions within the Guidewire Cloud environment.

Requirements

• 3+ years of IT development experience
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience working with web development concepts and technologies
• Experience working with version control systems like Git and basic collaborative development workflows
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to learn and adapt quickly to new technologies
• Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and professional development
