Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior AI Software Engineer to join our growing team. In this role, you will architect and ship AI agents, agentic systems, and GenAI-powered tooling that transform how we develop software, serve customers, and scale operations.

Build and ship AI agents, agentic systems, and GenAI-powered tooling to multiply engineering productivity and unlock new product capabilities. Collaborate with engineering leadership to align on strategic initiatives and AI 'Experiments' that will shape the future of our platform.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software or solution architecture roles
• Hands-on Generative AI experience
• Proven track record owning mission-critical distributed systems
• Strong knowledge of software architecture principles, design patterns, and architectural frameworks
• Strong understanding of Continuous Delivery patterns, Cloud foundational patterns, Observability patterns, Developer experience patterns
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent experience
