Client Services/Sales Specialist

Role Overview

The Client Services/Sales Specialist is responsible for ensuring that prospective clients have a great client experience. They will need to be able to empathize, show compassion, and put clients at ease. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working with sales metrics and be able to carefully and accurately track data to monitor and refine our sales funnel.

What You Will Do

Perform initial consultations by phone and video conference, oversee the preparation and sending of client engagement agreements, follow up with prospective clients, and manage annual client renewals.

Requirements

• Minimum 2-3 years sales experience for professional services and/or high ticket items
• Real-life experience in navigating personal struggles and overcoming obstacles
• High school diploma or equivalent

Benefits
