Role Overview

The Senior Manager, Human Resources Business Partner will work globally within a complex, fast-paced environment to enable business outcomes through impactful people and organizational initiatives. The HRBP will provide strategic HR partnership to several DDN functions, including the Chief Technology Office (CTO) and Product Development Engineering (PDE).

What You Will Do

The HRBP will drive comprehensive HR strategies that support functional and business unit goals, lead cross-functional HR initiatives to deliver organizational capability and effectiveness at scale, and champion change management and organizational transformation initiatives.

Requirements

  • 13+ years of progressive HR experience

  • Advanced Excel proficiency
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to drive innovative HR solutions in a dynamic business environment
  • Proven ability to lead change management initiatives
  • Experience with strategic workforce planning, succession planning, and facilitating meaningful talent discussions
