The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in ITSM and GRC implementation, hands-on experience in ServiceNow scripting and integrations, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow ITSM and GRC solutions based on business [link removed] and customize ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Service Request) and GRC modules (Policy & Compliance, Risk Management, Audit Management).Develop and maintain ServiceNow scripts, including Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes, and [link removed] ServiceNow with third-party applications using REST/SOAP APIs, Web Services, and MID [link removed] best practices in ServiceNow development, administration, and performance [link removed] closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver tailored [link removed] unit testing, troubleshooting, and debugging of ServiceNow [link removed] updated with ServiceNow’s latest releases and capabilities to enhance platform functionality.

Requirements
