Store Manager

This is a remote position.

Job Summary:

The Store Manager is responsible for efficiently managing store operations and sales contribution through maximizing every opportunity to drive sales and profitability, reduce stock loss, and maintain cost controls, inventory, and maintenance internal & external store appearance. The position in-charge of delivering the highest levels of motivation and development of team members and store compliance of all the brand's standard operating procedures (SOPs) and Emphasis to deliver the highest standards of customer service and lead by example.

Requirements

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Proven successful experience as a retail store manager.
• Powerful leading skills and business orientation.
• Excellent customer management skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Highly communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor Degree in Management, Marketing, Fashion or any relevant qualification.
• Experience: 3 + years of experience in the fashion retail industry.
• Computer Literacy (MS Office).
• Excellent Command in Arabic & English Languages.
