Role Overview

We are seeking a Director to lead our Health & Life Sciences Research/Communities team. The team is on a mission to humanize healthcare from the outside-in, bringing the voice of the customer to guide healthcare companies. The Director will lead a team of researchers and analysts to deliver insights, outcomes, and success to clients.

The Director will build strong relationships with clients, design impactful research projects, and have a commercial mindset to manage financial aspects of accounts. They will also lead high-performance teams, grow the business, and inspire clients with a holistic perspective.

Requirements

• Relevant pharmaceutical/biotech industry/healthcare experience
• 10+ years of relevant experience in market research within healthcare
• Proven track record as a practitioner of qualitative and quantitative research
• Inclusive leader with demonstrated success managing and developing direct reports over multiple years
• Exceptional organizational skills and ability to deal with competing priorities
• Demonstrated ability to drive account growth through problem-solving, team building, thinking strategically, and building relationships
• Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills
• Ability to multitask, work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team, exercise sound judgment, and escalate issues when necessary
